* Program pricing is based on one (1) eight (8) hour day per compressor. In the event that more than eight (8) hours per day is required to complete the service per compressor, additional time will be charged per our standard service rates. Consumable replacements parts, such as filter elements are not included in the fixed price. Price is for contingent U.S. only. Other locations priced upon request. Vibration Analysis

Real Time Analyzers can acquire data for troubleshooting or standard predictive maintenance. On site review of data available plus Category I Analyst on staff at Air Relief with access to Level IV vibration analysts if necessary.

Laser Alignment

State of the art Optalign Plus® and Optalign® Smart equipment is available for highly accurate motor alignment.

Cooler CTR

Our clean, test, and repair facility is in operated in house to reduce cost and lead times for quick turnarounds on critical cooler bundles.

Overhauls

Overhauls are conducted with great precision both in the field and in house. Our facility is designed with ample room for several projects simultaneously. Our 35 ton crane can handle any job necessary to get the job done precisely, quickly, and safely. Our shop manager has 35+ years of experience with centrifugal compressors. Field overhauls are executed by our field team if field work is required.
